We will be arriving in a long van. Please allow for parking at the site on our arrival (2 hours prior to

curtain.)

Lights

Lighting

A general wash will suffice to illuminate the performance. No special lighting is required. If it is

available, we will use a warm wash and a blue wash to compliment the general lighting.

Sound

Amplification

The show runs from two cassette tapes. Someone will need to run sound during the performance. A

microphone will be needed for a brief demonstration after the performance.

Scenery

Backstage Area

You must inform us if there is nowhere to hide our props from the view of the public. We normally use

2 folding black flats as additional masking. We can bring more masking if need be. We have one

puppet that rolls on 4 wheels about 24 inches apart, so there needs to be level ground (not steps) at the

edge of the stage

Stage Dimensions

We need a minimum of 25 feet across and 15 feet deep for our performing area. Our space needs are

extremely flexible. The scenery hangs on free standing pipes assembled prior to the show.

Hospitality

Food and Beverage

We would appreciate juice, coffee or tea and some simple carbohydrates backstage. If this is not a

possiblity, water will be sufficient.
